Karlsruhe is the location of Motherson’s management center for our Integrated Assemblies division (formerly known as SAS Autosystemtechnik), a global key player in complex interior module assembly and logistics.
Here, employees from more than 20 nationalities interact daily in a multicultural and diverse atmosphere. Our offices which are part of the BEOS Industrial Karlspark allow us to provide shared services, such as a canteen, doctor, gym, hairdresser, car rental, parking, e-charging as well as super tram connection and very close to the main highways connecting us with other cities in Germany and France.

The IT department has a variety of positions available that require a current knowledge of the latest advances in hardware, software, data, and cybersecurity management, among other competencies. Strong communication skills are required for providing efficient internal and external technical support, as well as communicating and collaborating with customers about their hardware and software requirements. We value a hands-on attitude, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, as well as problem-solving abilities.
