Unsere Ingenieure arbeiten vom Reißbrett bis zur Produktion während des gesamten Prozesses direkt mit unseren Kunden zusammen. Vorteilhaft ist ein fundierter technischer Hintergrund, insbesondere in den Bereichen Automobilindustrie, Elektronik, Elektromechanik, Energieverteilung und/oder Kabelbaummontage. Wir schätzen Kreativität und einen innovativen Ansatz, da unsere Ingenieure so neue und bessere Lösungen entwickeln können, die sowohl Motherson als auch unseren Kunden helfen, sich den Herausforderungen der Zukunft zu stellen. Auch gute Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten sind unerlässlich.
Die Abteilung Logistik stellt sowohl einen termingerechten Versand als auch die Auslieferung an den Kunden sicher. Die Teammitglieder sind für die Aufrechterhaltung der Lagerbestände, Optimierung der Chargengrößen und Frachtkosten und die Planung der Lieferungen verantwortlich, um die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden zu erfüllen.
Vorteilhaft sind Kenntnisse von ERP/MRP und EDI und auch die Vertrautheit mit dem industriellen Umfeld.
Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten sollten über gute Fähigkeiten in der Kommunikation, Organisation und Planung verfügen. Vorteilhaft ist die Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten, da die Logistikabteilung häufig schnelle Lösungen für Probleme finden muss, die in der globalen Lieferkette auftreten.
Die Mitarbeitenden im Personalwesen fördern die Werte der Gruppe und sorgen für ein gesundes Arbeitsumfeld. Ihr Profil umfasst Leistungsmanagement, Mitarbeiterschulung und -entwicklung, Förderung der internen Kommunikation sowie Talentakquise und -bindung. Das Team im Personalwesen ist auch für die Gesundheit, Sicherheit und das Wohlbefinden der Mitarbeitenden verantwortlich.
