To start your journey as a mechatronics technician, you'll need to have successfully completed your secondary school leaving certificate. We're looking for curious and eager learners who are excited to grow with us. Teamwork is a big part of what we do, so enjoying collaboration is essential.

Your application should include a cover letter, a curriculum vitae and current certificates, all in PDF format. Your cover letter should reflect your motivation and personality. We prefer digital submissions, either by email or via our website.
02 Interview
Your application convinced us? Congrats! Based on location, you’ll undergo an aptitude test or applicant day. Afterwards, there is also an interview where we assess your strengths and personality. For this, it is important to find out about both your profession and Motherson.
03 Are you the one?
