Your tasks.
- Ensure timely and accurate VAT compliance (VAT returns, filings, reconciliations) across multiple countries
- Support the business with VAT advisory on cross-border transactions, supply chains and day-to-day operations
- Review and improve VAT-related processes and controls
- Monitor changes in VAT legislation and assess implications for the organization
- Support VAT audits and tax authority queries in collaboration with local teams and advisors
- Work closely with finance, accounting and operations in a matrix organization
- Drive process improvements and standardization in the VAT area
- Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on VAT topics

Was wir suchen
Your profile.
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law or comparable qualification
- 5–7 years of experience in VAT / indirect tax (in-house or advisory)
- Solid understanding of European VAT rules and cross-border transactions
- First experience in an international environment is preferred
- Familiarity with VAT compliance processes and ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic, international matrix organization
- Fluent in English
