We are seeking an HR Generalist who embodies heart and passion - someone who is dedicated to our team, committed to our company, and eager to embrace challenges, even when they require a thick skin. If you´re excited about a variety of HR topics and willing to tackle diverse tasks, we want to hear from you!
- Provide ideas and creativity to improve HR operations.
- Assist with labor relations topics, particularly during restructuring.
- Support HR projects related to organizational restructuring and system transformations.
- Trusting cooperation on works councils and unions negotiations.
- Aid in drafting and implementing employment policies.
- Ensure compliance with HR processes and policies.
- Assist in identifying and implementing standardization and best practices.
- Support global mobility and expatriate cases administration.

Was wir suchen
- Either currently pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (focus on labor law is a plus), or have relevant experience in HR.
- Basic understanding of employment law and social security regulations in Europe.
- Possess knowledge of employment law, including works council meetings, labor regulations.
- Ability to address organizational needs with practical solutions.
- Good communication and decision-making skills.
- Capable of collaborating with and influencing others.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
- Comfortable in a dynamic environment and service oriented.
- Basic skills in data analysis and report preparation.
- Familiarity with project management is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and German; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
