Motherson Schierling is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities: injection molding machines, a fully automatic, huge painting facility, state-of-the-art assembly systems and an intelligent high rack warehouse. The SMP plant in Schierling was established in 2014 and employs around 700 people. It mainly produces high quality bumpers and front grilles for the German premium automotive brands. Conhecimentos de ERP/MRP e EDI, assim como a familiaridade com o ambiente industrial constituem uma vantagem.
Os candidatos devem ser bons em comunicação, organização e planeamento. A capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão é uma vantagem, pois o Departamento de Logística tem frequentemente de encontrar soluções rápidas para os problemas que surgem na cadeia de abastecimento global.
