Twoje obowiązki
- Register and manage AEKOs, PCRs, ECMs, change requests, and approvals; assess impacts, follow up cross‑functionally, and coordinate customer quotations.
- Implement approved technical changes in production; define assembly line execution and communicate effective dates.
- Lead weekly engineering change and AEKO meetings, providing technical explanations for quotation and implementation.
- Create and maintain part numbers, BOMs, assembly lists, cartelinos, and part checks; administer technical BOM documentation.
- Manage technical systems and data integrity (SAP, Clever, JIS, BeOn).
- Coordinate part introductions and phase‑outs in serial production; maintain KPIs.
- Identify, validate, and follow up on product requirements and technical changes; provide documentation and engineering support.
- Prepare airbag tests, program cartelinos, configure part checks, lead FMEA teams, and ensure APQP compliance.

Twój profil
- 3–5 years of automotive industry experience, including Tier‑1 or supplier roles for Volkswagen (VW).
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of quality standards and tools (IATF 16949, Core Tools, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, Formel Q, QPN).
- Experience with AutoCAD, CATIA, JIS processes, BeOn system, ESD, and Product Safety.
- Able to read technical drawings, apply problem‑solving methods, and lead multidisciplinary teams.
- Fluent in English
