A Beszerzési osztály felelősségi körei közé tartozik a rendelések áramlásának koordinálása az időben történő szállítás biztosítása érdekében, a szállítók kezelése, illetve közvetlen és közvetett beszerzés esetén a szerződéses tárgyalások. A Beszerzési osztály tagjai műveleti kapcsolatot tartanak fenn a beszállítókkal, továbbá optimalizálják a beszerzéseket és a szerződéseket, ami a csoport különböző részlegei között együttműködést és koordinációt igényel.
Olyan tulajdonságok szükségesek, mint a pozitív hozzáállás, a kiváló kommunikációs készségek és a másokra gyakorolt pozitív hatás képessége.
A Logisztikai osztály biztosítja mind az időben történő kiszállítást, mind az ügyfeleknek történő kézbesítést. A csapattagok felelősek a készletszintek fenntartásáért, a tételméretek és a szállítási költségek optimalizálásáért, valamint a szállítások ütemezéséért az ügyfelek igényeinek kielégítése érdekében.
Az ERP/MRP és az EDI ismerete, illetve az ipari környezetben való jártasság előnyt jelent.
A pályázóknak jó kommunikációs, szervezői és tervezői készségekkel kell rendelkezniük. Előnyt jelent a nyomás alatti munkavégzés képessége, mivel a Logisztikai osztálynak gyakran kell gyors megoldásokat találnia a globális ellátási láncban felmerülő problémákra.
