What you'll do
Partner with leadership and HR to build talent pipelines and support mobility within an automotive organization. Lead succession planning, recruitment, development plans, and annual reviews. Support performance management and employee development, internal mobility, and external hiring. Coordinate training and coach management on HR practices, workforce planning, and team alignment. Develop HR action plans and drive continuous improvement in efficiency and cost. Share best practices and support initiatives on organizational effectiveness, culture, and engagement. Enhance team collaboration and analyze talent data while guiding HR teams across the Americas (Brazil, Argentina, Mexico, U.S.).

What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Legal Studies, Business, or related field (or foreign equivalent) plus 4 years of HR or related management experience in the automotive industry. Experience required with Microsoft Office, HRIS management and reporting, HR policy implementation, project management, and training facilitation, including identifying and coordinating training needs.
