We are looking for a Program Management System Coordinator (M/F/D) to reinforce our Sales & Programs team.
What you'll do
- Create the PMS 2.0 timing project plan in accordance the general project plan in I-Nexus tool
- Control the level of maturity of the project with using of the PMS-Tools (I-Nexus 2.0) and alignment on neccessary actions in accordance with project manager
- Training and implementation of MSAS-PMS 2.0 within the Organisation
- Maintenance and continous development of the PMS 2,0 with support of the relevant departments (under lead of the Process Owner)
- Planning and controlling of the implementation of PMS 2,0 for all projects within the MSAS Group
- Support to perform PMS Gate reviews according MSES definitions and PMS-Checklist
- Participation on PMS Gate Reviews as representation of Programs Department
- Communication and reporting about activity of PMS to General Management

What we are looking for

- Knowledge and practice of project management, especially MSAS Program Management System
- Proven ability to communicate and moderate with assertivity
- Ability to present project updates and business cases
- Fluency in english, to communicate properly with teams across different countries
