Unsere Ingenieure arbeiten vom Reißbrett bis zur Produktion während des gesamten Prozesses direkt mit unseren Kunden zusammen. Vorteilhaft ist ein fundierter technischer Hintergrund, insbesondere in den Bereichen Automobilindustrie, Elektronik, Elektromechanik, Energieverteilung und/oder Kabelbaummontage. Wir schätzen Kreativität und einen innovativen Ansatz, da unsere Ingenieure so neue und bessere Lösungen entwickeln können, die sowohl Motherson als auch unseren Kunden helfen, sich den Herausforderungen der Zukunft zu stellen. Auch gute Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten sind unerlässlich.
Die Arbeit in der Fertigung erfordert Geschicklichkeit, körperliche Fitness und ein Händchen für den Umgang mit Maschinen. Wir suchen Kolleginnen und Kollegen für die Vorbereitung und Montage von Kabelbäumen und Kabeln sowie zugehörigen elektrischen und mechanischen Teilen. Darüber hinaus müssen auch verschiedene Support-Positionen besetzt werden, beispielsweise für die Wartung von Werkzeugen und Anlagen und in der Produktionsleitung.
