Our plant located in Sterling Heights, MI is looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Plant MSES & Productivity Coordinator to join our team!
The role of the Plant MSES & Productivity Coordinator is to maximize plant performance and profitability with accountability on direct labor by strict application of the MSES operating principles.

- Provide MSES expertise and coaching based on 11 lean principles to meet plant targets.
- Build and achieve direct labor cost budget via efficient management and improvement plans.
- Lead MSES deployment plan aligned with Plant Improvement Plan; ensure KPI understanding and link to P&L.
- Deliver training/coaching on MSES principles; apply lean concepts in program design (SW, OHP, layout, packaging).
- Act as change agent promoting Lean mindset; animate plant and division MSES networks, share best practices.
- Ensure accurate routing/coefficient data; track DLE/DLP, analyze gaps, and drive productivity plans.
- Support SW adherence, production reliability, line balancing, and continuous flow for lead-time reduction.
- Ensure HSE compliance, ISO 14001 commitments, and environmental objectives.
- Act with autonomy, entrepreneurial mindset, and uphold ethical standards and company policies.

Was wir suchen
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience (UAP / PC&L / Quality)
- Recommended 3 years of working experience within a production environment (e.g. Engineer, Supervisor, Manager level or equivalent)
- Recognized experience and ability to improve processes and KPI's within a plant using MSES principles
- Previous plant launch experience and previous management experience is a plus
- English proficiency Intermediate as a minimum
