We are looking for an experienced procurement professional to support indirect purchasing activities across European locations and contribute to strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Manage indirect purchasing activities for assigned plants within the region.
- Develop supplier strategies and identify synergies across plants and suppliers.
- Drive cost reduction through negotiations, standardization, and process improvements.
- Align regional purchasing requirements with global procurement strategies.
- Ensure implementation and compliance of corporate contracts.
- Support new program launches and achieve purchasing targets related to cost and timing.
- Utilize SAP purchasing tools and sourcing methodologies in line with company procedures.
- Monitor market trends and supplier performance to ensure supply continuity.
- Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to improve overall performance.

Was wir suchen
- 3–5 years of purchasing experience in an industrial environment.
- Experience in contract negotiation, supplier management, and indirect procurement categories.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies, market analysis, and cost optimization.
- Knowledge of purchasing financials, budgeting, savings calculations, and data analysis.
- Understanding of commercial and legal aspects of procurement.
- Experience with supplier relationship management.
- Advanced English communication skills.
