Was Sie leisten

  • 1. Production & Process Management
    • Manage robotic painting systems 
    • Monitor paint application parameters
  • 2. Quality Control
    • Implement and maintain quality standards for pre-treatment, CED, primer, and topcoat processes
    • Conduct regular inspections to identify defects (runs, sags, blisters) and take corrective actions.
  • 3. Maintenance & Equipment Management
    • Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance for robots, booths, ovens, and paint circulation systems.
    • Coordinate with maintenance teams for quick resolution of breakdowns to minimize downtime.
    • Ensure calibration of robotic arms and paint dosing systems for accuracy.
  • 4. Safety & Compliance
    • Enforce safety protocols for handling paints, chemicals, and operating robotic systems.
    • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company standards (ISO/QMS).
  • 5. Team Leadership & Training
    • Supervise and guide engineers, technicians, and operators in paint shop operations.
    • Organize training sessions on robotic programming, paint technology, and quality control.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.
  • 6. Continuous Improvement
    • Drive Kaizen, 5S, and lean manufacturing initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
    • Analyze process data to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
    • Optimize paint consumption and reduce rework rates.
  • 7. Reporting & Documentation
    • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on production, quality, and maintenance KPIs.
    • Maintain documentation for audits, compliance, and process improvements.
    • Communicate performance metrics and improvement plans to senior management.

Was wir suchen

  • Qualification B.Tech with 8 to 12 Years of  experience in Automotive industry.
  • Process Management: Overseeing pre-treatment, primer, base coat, and clear coat applications.
  • Quality Assurance: Implementing defect analysis and corrective actions to achieve zero-defect targets.
  • Technical Expertise: Proficient in robotic painting systems, electro-deposition (ED), and advanced coating technologies.
  • Continuous Improvement: Driving cost reduction, cycle time optimization, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Coordinating cross-functional teams for smooth operations and adherence to safety norms.
