A feladata
Your tasks
- Solve technical and organizational issues in a complex automotive environment, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
- Ensure successful product launches while maintaining long-term customer engineering relationships.
- Participate in customer-nominated and internal development projects.
- Analyze product specifications and deviations, contributing to cost, quality, and timeline management.
- Actively support serial production and take part in internal operational processes.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and manufacturing methods in the automotive wiring harness industry.

A profilja
Your profile
- Technical education with a degree in engineering.
- Experience in the automotive industry as a Design Engineer, Process Engineer, or similar.
- Strong project management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Confident decision-maker; result-driven and proactive.
- Excellent communication skills across different organizational levels; capable of working both independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level), technical documentation reading, MS Office; experience with 2D & 3D CAD tools and ERP systems is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools considered an advantage.
