A feladata
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead our plant in Gölcük with more than 600 employees, ensuring alignment with corporate standards and Turkish labor regulations.
- Manage HR activities, labor relations, and collective bargaining.
- Handle conflict resolution and represent the company towards authorities and unions.
- Drive organizational development, employee engagement, and internal communication.
- Implement training and development aligned with business needs.
- Ensure headcount aligns with budget and support workforce planning.
- Monitor HR KPIs and plant performance.
- Oversee HR administration (payroll, attendance, leave, overtime).
- Lead recruitment in cooperation with internal and external partners

A profilja
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HR within the automotive or manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Turkish labor law, employee relations.
- Proven experience in managing blue‑collar and white‑collar workforce.
- Good command of English.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence plant management and drive HR initiatives.
- Experience in collective bargaining, negotiations, and cooperation with unions.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
