A feladata
- Ensure preventive and predictive maintenance activities are completed as per planned schedules to improve mold reliability and life.Monitor mold performance, cycle time, and quality parameters to achieve production targets.Analyze recurring mold defects and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to eliminate repeat failures.Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Tool Room teams to resolve mold-related issues in a timely manner.Maintain mold history cards, maintenance records, and calibration details for effective tracking and auditing.Support new mold trials, mold validation, and process optimization activities during new product development.Conduct periodic inspections of critical mold components and recommend refurbishment or replacement as required.Ensure compliance with TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Train operators and technicians on proper mold handling, installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance practices.Monitor mold spare consumption and optimize inventory levels to control maintenance costs.Participate in safety audits, risk assessments, and implementation of corrective actions for a safe working environment.Drive cost-saving projects through mold modifications, life enhancement activities, and process improvements.Ensure adherence to ISO/IATF quality standards, documentation requirements, and company procedures.Support achievement of departmental KPIs such as mold availability, MTTR reduction, MTBF improvement, and OEE enhancement.

Expertise in preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of injection molds, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, mold refurbishment, and continuous improvement initiatives. Experienced in monitoring MTTR and MTBF, managing mold spare parts inventory, implementing Kaizens, and maintaining maintenance records and MIS reports.
