With more than 200 employees, as the third region of Motherson SAS, two plants and one office center have been established in China till now through more than three years of efforts, one plant was established in Shanghai in 2019 and the other in Foshan in early 2023.
We focus on cockpit, center console, and other interior parts in the automotive industry. We are customer-oriented and efficient, our competency is to provide an optimal and holistic solution for logistics and assembly for our customers. We belong to the 12th division of the Motherson Group: Integrated Assemblies. Motherson SAS China has the honor of being an award-winning company by the local government. Since its establishment, the company has been one of the top 100 fortune enterprises in the local area for the third year in succession.

El equipo de Ventas y marketing es responsable del mantenimiento de nuestra base de clientes existente y de la identificación de nuevas oportunidades comerciales. Las tareas incluyen la realización de análisis de mercado y de clientes, la gestión de clientes y de las negociaciones de los contratos, y la solución de los problemas operativos en colaboración con clientes, gestores de productos y nuestro equipo de ingeniería. Los candidatos que solicitan este puesto deben tener una mentalidad orientada al cliente, conocimientos del mercado, la habilidad para transformar los análisis en consejos reflexivos y buenas decisiones, y una sólida capacidad comunicativa.
