Equipos que crean el futuro
Las responsabilidades del equipo de compras incluyen la coordinación de los flujos de pedidos para garantizar las entregas a tiempo, la gestión de proveedores y las negociaciones de contratos en el abastecimiento directo e indirecto. Los miembros del equipo de compras mantienen relaciones operacionales con proveedores y optimizan las compras y los contratos, lo que requiere cooperación y coordinación entre diferentes divisiones del Grupo.
Las cualidades que se necesitan son una actitud positiva, una capacidad comunicativa excelente y la habilidad para influir de forma positiva en los demás.
El departamento de Logística garantiza el envío y la entrega puntuales a los clientes. Los miembros del equipo son responsables del mantenimiento de los niveles de inventario, la optimización de los tamaños de lote y costes de transporte, y de la programación de los envíos para satisfacer las necesidades de nuestros clientes.
Los conocimientos de ERP/MRP y EDI, así como estar familiarizado con el entorno industrial, representan una ventaja.
Los candidatos deben ser buenos en comunicación, organización y planificación. La habilidad de trabajar bajo presión es una ventaja, puesto que se suele exigir al departamento de Logística que encuentra soluciones rápidas a los problemas que surgen en la cadena de suministro global.
