Su tarea
- Coordinate receiving, warehousing, picking, packing, and shipping while ensuring smooth product flow from receipt to delivery.
- Monitor inventory and buffer levels to meet demand, avoid shortages or excess, and maintain stock accuracy through audits and cycle counts.
- Ensure on-time, accurate deliveries and maintain product integrity and quality standards throughout handling and transport.
- Lead, assign, train, motivate, and evaluate logistics staff while resolving conflicts and supporting team development.
- Optimize warehouse space, processes, and SOPs to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and limit damage or shrinkage.
- Track KPIs, including cycle time, accuracy, and costs, driving continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards, align with other departments, and report equipment or IT risks.
- Provide technical guidance and support daily operations.

Perfil deseado
- Bachelor's degree or technical/engineering degree preferred
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in the automotiveindustry.
- Knowledge of assembly, maintenance, and product/line quality standards.
- Familiar with AIAG FMEA, CQI-8, CQC, AQP, PPAP, control plans, audits, and testing.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ESD, and key IATF clauses
- Sufficent skills in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proficient English
