With more than 200 employees, as the third region of Motherson SAS, two plants and one office center have been established in China till now through more than three years of efforts, one plant was established in Shanghai in 2019 and the other in Foshan in early 2023.
We focus on cockpit, center console, and other interior parts in the automotive industry. We are customer-oriented and efficient, our competency is to provide an optimal and holistic solution for logistics and assembly for our customers. We belong to the 12th division of the Motherson Group: Integrated Assemblies. Motherson SAS China has the honor of being an award-winning company by the local government. Since its establishment, the company has been one of the top 100 fortune enterprises in the local area for the third year in succession.

Teams building the future
The Sales and Marketing team is responsible for both maintaining our existing customer base and identifying new business opportunities. Tasks include conducting market and customer analyses, handling customer and contract negotiations and solving operational issues in collaboration with customers, product managers, and our engineering team. Candidates applying for this position must have a customer-oriented mindset, market knowledge, the ability to transform analysis into thoughtful advice and good decisions, and strong communication skills.
