In Buenos Aires, the people of Motherson are supporting the future of mobility through advanced manufacturing, engineering expertise and just-in-sequence solutions across three dedicated sites.
Two of our locations specialise in assembled components, including seats, cockpits and Front End Modules. The Pacheco plant is unique within the Motherson Group as the only site where seats are assembled, while the Garín facility supports just-in-sequence assembly operations and component management.
As part of our Polymer Modules and Products (MPP) division, Otto Krause manufactures high-quality interior solutions, including instrument panels, door panels, centre consoles, decorative parts and customised components. With capabilities in injection moulding and assembly, supported by a dedicated engineering team, the site manages projects from initial development through to final product delivery.

Our engineers work directly with our customers throughout the entire process right from the drawing board to production. A strong technical background, particularly in the automotive industry, electronics, electro-mechanics, power distribution, and/or wire harness assembly, is advantageous. We value creativity and an inventive approach as it allows our engineers to envision new and better solutions that will help both Motherson and our customers meet future challenges. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.
The HR community promotes the group values and fosters a healthy work environment. The profile includes performance management, employee training and development, facilitating internal communication, and talent acquisition and retention.
