  • To be eligible for the VIE program, you must be European, aged between 18-28 old and graduated from a master/engineering degree
  • Your application must be submitted in English to be considered by our non-French speaking teams in our plants worldwide.
  • As part of your international development, you cannot perform a VIE in the country of your citizenship. The VIE Program of Motherson SAS is an international young graduate program, which enables young graduates native from the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28 to work for one of our subsidiaries around the world! Your task

Our Americas HQ in Troy, MI (USA) is looking for a Program Controller, and your main responsibilities will be:

  • Provide reliable financial/controlling information towards the management
  • Consolidate all forecasting processes (budget, periodic forecast…)
  • Support the reporting process for the region ensuring reliability, consistency, transparency, and delay compliance
  • Gather all necessary controlling analysis including variance analysis
  • Communicate and report relevant program status to secure proper support on program issues
  • Propose continuous improvement ideas in business efficiency and cost reduction
  • Collaborate with Shared Service Center. Obtaining/providing/validating proper finance information
  • Propose to the management action plans resulting from relevant analysis to achieve the operational targets (especially regarding costs, workload…)
  • Follow financial impact of action plans

Your profile

The ideal candidate has/is:

  • Master’s degree in Finance/Controlling
  • Business Minded and good organizational skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Excel Advanced knowledge
