What you'll do
- Work with the Lumen US Sales Team on creating reporting dashboards.
- Introduce and track key sales activities for the US sales Team such as RFQ trackers, quote submissions, budgets, customer visit plans, customer contracts, and product development activities
- Update and control the central database for US Sales
- Analyze key trends in the global automotive accessories and aftermarket
- Analyze sales trends, inventory levels, customer behavior, product performance, and market dynamics
- Prepare and circulate periodic reports capturing market trends and key internal activities
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and visualizations for key stakeholders using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
- Collaborate with the US sales team to generate and share business insights
- Develop a strong understanding of the US automotive market, including tariff impact assessments and tariff recovery reports across various automotive brands.

What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or MBA from a reputed institution.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years handling similar responsibilities.
- Automotive Component market knowledge would be helpful, not compulsory.
- Strong analytical skills, Excellent communication skills, Detail-oriented, organized and enthusiastic
- Knowledge of advanced statistical methods.
