We are looking for a Supply Chain Executive to help manage and improve our supply chain operations. In this role, you will work closely with suppliers, handle order scheduling, track inventory targets, and planning raw material. You should be flexible, organized, and ready to adjust to daily changes in work priorities.
What you'll do
- Supply Planning: - Plan and update delivery schedules in the system as per the suppliers to ensure materials arrive on time. Working on the overall raw materials requirement to meet the production requirements.
- MRP Implementation: Lead the implementation and rollout of the MRP system across designated plants or business units.
- Inventory Planning: Analyse existing planning and inventory processes to design effective system configurations and parameters to maintain safety stocks, inventory targets and on-time raw materials availability.
- Data Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Production, Logistics, Finance) to ensure smooth data flow and alignment with business needs.
- Configuration & Testing: Configure and testing MRP modules including planning parameters like BOMs, routings, lead times, demand planning, and scheduling rules. Develop and execute system testing, validation, and user acceptance plans (UAT).
- Training & Support: Provide training and support to end users on MRP system functionalities and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve issues during and after implementation, coordinating with IT or software vendors as needed.
- Continuous Improvement & Monitoring: Monitor post-implementation performance and continuously improve system efficiency and planning accuracy. Prepare documentation including configuration guides, user manuals, and process flow diagrams
- Integration of systems: Support integration of MRP with ERP and other systems such as procurement and warehouse management tools.
- Customer and Internal Communication: Coordinate with customer planners to understand their needs. Keep customers informed and solve any delivery or order-related problems.
- Data Handling and Reporting: Maintain accurate data on orders, inventory, and shipments. Prepare simple reports for tracking performance.

What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or supply chain management.
- MBA in Supply Chain or Logistics is a plus.
- 2–5 years of experience in Supply chain management, Inventory planning, logistics & MRP implementation.
- Good knowledge of SAP modules and proficient in Excel.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work flexible hours when needed.
