What you'll do
- Manage, update and oversee sales processes in the EUSA region, incl. RFQ, quotations and quality procedures.
- Develop, implement and maintain sales tools, reporting structures and processes.
- Prepare regular reports for VP Sales: monthly results, pipeline, price recovery, EV sales, overdue accounts.
- Perform financial calculations in line with pricing policy.
- Maintain and update quality documentation, provide training to ensure compliance.
- Participate in sales and customer satisfaction audits.
- Organise onboarding for new Sales team members; coach and re-train current staff.
- Ensure accurate, timely reporting of sales data (CU follow-up, pipeline, terms, RFQ lead times).
- Lead cross-functional projects to enhance efficiency, data accuracy and customer experience.

What we are looking for
- University degree.
- Previous experience in sales, including preparation of offers, quotations and reporting.
- Strong command of English for daily business communication, including technical terminology.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Excel.
- Previous experience in the automotive industry would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001/14001/16949 standards would be an asset.
- Ability to train, onboard and coach sales teams.
- Strong project management and coordination skills .
