What you'll do
Manage the full recruitment process:
- From sourcing candidates to onboarding, according to the company’s needs.
Create and post job advertisements:
- Prepare attractive job postings and publish them on job boards, social media, and the company website.
Candidate screening:
- Review CVs, conduct initial phone interviews, and arrange further interviews.
- Define the ideal candidate profile and coordinate the recruitment process with team leaders.
- Build and maintain a candidate database
Reference checks and job offer preparation:
- Contact previous employers for references and prepare employment offer documents.
Monitor the labor market:
- Analyze market trends, salaries, and competitor recruitment strategies
Support employer branding activities:
- Promote the company’s employer brand in media and local communities.
- Ensure recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.

What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred fields: HR, Psychology, Management, or related).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of the Moroccan labor market.
- Experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English and French; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
