What you'll do

Manage the full recruitment process:

  • From sourcing candidates to onboarding, according to the company’s needs.

Create and post job advertisements:

  • Prepare attractive job postings and publish them on job boards, social media, and the company website.

Candidate screening:

  • Review CVs, conduct initial phone interviews, and arrange further interviews.
  • Define the ideal candidate profile and coordinate the recruitment process with team leaders.
  • Build and maintain a candidate database

Reference checks and job offer preparation:

  • Contact previous employers for references and prepare employment offer documents.

Monitor the labor market:

  • Analyze market trends, salaries, and competitor recruitment strategies

Support employer branding activities:

  • Promote the company’s employer brand in media and local communities.
  • Ensure recruitment activities comply with local labor laws and company policies.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred fields: HR, Psychology, Management, or related).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of the Moroccan labor market.
  • Experience with ATS and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Fluency in English and French; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
