Our Wiring Harness division powers vehicles, machinery, and equipment across automotive and non-automotive sectors. We design and produce reliable wiring systems for seamless power and data transfer. Join us to work with experts, leverage advanced technology, and shape the future of connectivity.
What you'll do
- Leading cross-functional teams on product and project planning
- Supporting customers in product definition and solution selection
- Managing design changes through Product Change Requests (PCRs)
- Answering technical queries from internal teams and customers
- Identifying and coordinating VAVE cost optimisation projects
- Ensuring smooth execution of engineering processes and escalations
- Overseeing technical documentation and product improvement studies
- Participating in customer-nominated and internal development projects
- Staying updated on wire harness industry trends and methods
- Supporting prototype and pre-series builds
- Working in line with PKC and IATF standards

What we are looking for
- Technical degree (preferably engineering)
- Min. 2 years’ automotive industry experience
- Familiarity with CAD tools (2D & 3D) preferred
- Strong technical documentation reading skills
- Proactive, organised, confident decision-maker
- Fluent Polish and English (min. B2)
- Knowledge of ERP, MS Office, basic AI tools knowledge
- Excellent problem solving - solves problems systematically and efficiently by making timely decisions while considering different perspectives and stakeholders needs
