The Chairman’s Office Europe and North Africa (COE) is supporting and coordinating our operating units, R&D centres, and representative offices across Europe and North Africa with corporate functions and services. What you'll do

  • Monitoring the performance of the group’s business portfolio in Europe & North Africa across all business verticals
  • Providing key business and financial highlights to the Motherson management board
  • Managing the budget review process of Motherson across all verticals in Europe & North Africa
  • Evaluation and execution of business enhancement and value creation concepts across business verticals in Europe & North Africa
  • Evaluation of strategic business investments with focus on its financial impacts from short- and long-term perspective in Europe & North Africa
  • Free Cash Flow & Working Capital Optimization Programs

What we are looking for

  • An above average degree in business administration, preferably a master’s in finance, LLM or CPA
  • Strong knowledge in accounting and applied financial theory
  • Several years of experience in a corporate finance role in an industrial corporate or a consultancy
  • Strong execution experience on end-to-end basis including leading international, cross-functional project teams and dealing with complex business cases in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethics, communication skills and a high-level of ownership
  • Excellent English & German language skills, additional languages are preferred considering the multi-national environment
  • Ability to mentor and motivate teams in a distressed environment
  • Pragmatic, hands-on team player
  • Flexibility to travel
