What you'll do
- Lead strategic innovation and digitalization projects with international, cross-functional teams
- Evaluate new process technologies and design innovative concepts for Motherson SAS
- Conduct cost/benefit analysis to identify and implement cost-effective solutions
- Define, track and report innovation & digitalization KPIs
- Support strategic planning and contribute to the long-term innovation roadmap
- Train and upskill the Manufacturing Engineering Network on standardized solutions
- Communicate results and best practices across the global Motherson SAS network
- Monitor market trends to keep Motherson ahead of industry developments
This position could be based in any Motherson SAS location in Europe.

What we are looking for
- Master's degree in Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in project management in automotive, logistics manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of AI,, automation, digitalization and planning tools software
- Fluent in English
- Excellent communicator, capable of translatin technical topics into clear insights for all stakeholders
- Collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional and multicultural environments
