Our Integrated Assemblies division leads in automotive innovation, specialising in premium module assembly and cockpit module integration. What you'll do

  • Lead strategic innovation and digitalization projects with international, cross-functional teams
  • Evaluate new process technologies and design innovative concepts for Motherson SAS
  • Conduct cost/benefit analysis to identify and implement cost-effective solutions
  • Define, track and report innovation & digitalization KPIs 
  • Support strategic planning and contribute to the long-term innovation roadmap
  • Train and upskill the Manufacturing Engineering Network on standardized solutions
  • Communicate results and best practices across the global Motherson SAS network
  • Monitor market trends to keep Motherson ahead of industry developments

This position could be based in any Motherson SAS location in Europe.

What we are looking for

  •  Master's degree in Engineering or related field 
  • Proven experience in project management in automotive, logistics manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of AI,, automation, digitalization and planning tools software
  • Fluent in English
  •  Excellent communicator, capable of translatin technical topics into clear insights for all stakeholders 
  • Collaborative team player who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional and multicultural environments
