What we are looking for

Your profile.

  • Fully qualified lawyer with substantial experience.

  • Deep knowledge in EU corporate law. Familiar with local and international corporate laws and regulations in COE perimeter.

  • Extensive experience in a similar senior role, ideally for about 5 / 7 years.

  • Experienced in an international working environment. Ability to establish and maintain good working relations within a multicultural environment.

  • Strong team spirit, flexibility, ability to work under pressure.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Fluent English. German proficiency. Proficiency in another EU language is a plus.
