What we are looking for
Your profile.

Fully qualified lawyer with substantial experience.

Deep knowledge in EU corporate law. Familiar with local and international corporate laws and regulations in COE perimeter.

Extensive experience in a similar senior role, ideally for about 5 / 7 years.

Experienced in an international working environment. Ability to establish and maintain good working relations within a multicultural environment.

Strong team spirit, flexibility, ability to work under pressure.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Fluent English. German proficiency. Proficiency in another EU language is a plus.
