What you'll do
- Lead the deployment of MTM-UAS methodology across all relevant production sites to standardize work measurement and labor assessment, ensuring alignment with corporate standards.
- Define MTM standards, establishing a structured approach to process optimization;
- Labor productivity analysis
- Train and coach cross-functional teams on MTM methodologies, driving knowledge transfer and organizational capability.
- Conduct time and motion studies to validate efficiency improvements and optimize assembly processes.
- Develop KPIs and reporting mechanisms to track MTM implementation success and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with ergonomic and efficiency standards, enhancing workforce productivity while maintaining safety.

What we are looking for
- Bachelor/Master degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Certified in MTM-UAS with proven expertise in MTM methodologies and software tools.
- Knowledge of REFA Methodology
- 2-4 years of experience in time and motion studies.
- Project management skills, experience in leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and ergonomics is a plus.
- Excellent communication, training, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel.
