What you'll do
- Ensure compliance with occupational EHS regulations, and company standards.
- Coordinate risk assessments, hazard identification, workplace safety improvements.
- Develop emergency response plans, drills, and employee preparedness programs.
- Deliver safety training and promote awareness.
- Conduct job safety analyses and establish safe work practices.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Perform EHS audits, inspections, and compliance reviews, providing reports and recommendations.
- Support environmental programs, hazardous waste management, and emergency procedures.
- Assist with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 MS, certifications, and safety committees.
- Drive a positive safety culture by addressing employee concerns, communicating safety performance, and supporting site leadership in implementing global EHS and operational standards.

What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant areas.
- Good level of English
- Legally required Health, Safety and Environment Certification (B or A class)
- In depth knowledge of legislation and business processes in environmental health and safety systems, ecology and environmental protection, industrial safety
- Solution and result oriented, strong communication skills, dynamic, prone to teamwork
