What you'll do
- Support Corporate HSE policy implementation and maintenance in plant operations.
- Apply HSE tools, standards, and legal/MSAS requirements.
- Support HSE in projects, launches, and daily operations.
- Conduct training, safety talks, evaluations, and awareness actions.
- Support annual HSE plan execution and tracking.
- Assist incident investigations and root cause analysis.
- Prepare KPI reports and monitor corrective actions.
- Perform inspections, ergonomic reviews, and risk assessments.
- Promote HSE culture and continuous improvement.
- Provide technical HSE support to personnel.
- Support audits (ISO 14001, IATF, CES, customer).
- Ensure regulatory compliance and EMS maintenance.
- Support onboarding, sustainability, and documentation control.
- Assist security/OEA processes and asset protection.
- Promote safety, compliance, and IT incident reporting.

What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Nursing, Psychology, Rehabilitation, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience in Health, Safety, or Environmental management.
- Knowledge of ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, Mexican Federal Labor Law, and Mexican Social Security Law.
- Knowledge of environmental regulations and requirements, and Psychosocial Risk factors.
- First Aid knowledge, Crisis management, and emergency response skills.
- Proficient English required.
