What you'll do

  • Support Corporate HSE policy implementation and maintenance in plant operations.
  • Apply HSE tools, standards, and legal/MSAS requirements.
  • Support HSE in projects, launches, and daily operations.
  • Conduct training, safety talks, evaluations, and awareness actions.
  • Support annual HSE plan execution and tracking.
  • Assist incident investigations and root cause analysis.
  • Prepare KPI reports and monitor corrective actions.
  • Perform inspections, ergonomic reviews, and risk assessments.
  • Promote HSE culture and continuous improvement.
  • Provide technical HSE support to personnel.
  • Support audits (ISO 14001, IATF, CES, customer).
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and EMS maintenance.
  • Support onboarding, sustainability, and documentation control.
  • Assist security/OEA processes and asset protection.
  • Promote safety, compliance, and IT incident reporting.

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Nursing, Psychology, Rehabilitation, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position.
  • Experience in Health, Safety, or Environmental management.
  • Knowledge of ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, Mexican Federal Labor Law, and Mexican Social Security Law.
  • Knowledge of environmental regulations and requirements, and Psychosocial Risk factors.
  • First Aid knowledge, Crisis management, and emergency response skills.
  • Proficient English required.
