We are seeking an HR Generalist who embodies heart and passion - someone who is dedicated to our team, committed to our company, and eager to embrace challenges, even when they require a thick skin.   • Provide ideas and creativity to improve HR operations.
  • Assist with labor relations topics, particularly during restructuring.
  • Support HR projects related to organizational restructuring and system transformations.
  • Trusting cooperation on works councils and unions negotiations.
  • Aid in drafting and implementing employment policies.
  • Ensure compliance with HR processes and policies.
  • Assist in identifying and implementing standardization and best practices.
  • Support global mobility and expatriate cases administration.

What we are looking for

  • Either currently pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field (focus on labor law is a plus), or have relevant experience in HR.
  • Basic understanding of employment law and social security regulations in Europe.
  • Possess knowledge of employment law, including works council meetings, labor regulations.
  • Ability to address organizational needs with practical solutions.
  • Good communication and decision-making skills.
  • Capable of collaborating with and influencing others.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic environment and service oriented.
  • Basic skills in data analysis and report preparation.
  • Familiarity with project management is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English and German; knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
