What you'll do
- Perform payroll, attendance, absenteeism, vacations and overtime control
- HR administration
- To design the training plan, from the analysis of needs of the departments to its deployment
- Support the plans and actions of control of absenteism
- Monthly HR reporting to corporate and Business Indicatorsmanagement
- Support the personnel selection processes, internally or in cooperation with external consulting companies
- Responsible to provide all necessary documentation regarding HR to auditors, including Training Schedule and Analysis as well as various other documents such as job descriptions etc.
- To support by the coordination of the safety and health issues in the plant
- Provide an HR consultative service to Line Management

What we are looking for
- Education in Human ressources
- Min. 3 years' experience in HR administration (industrial sector would be a plus)
- Good knowledge of English
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
