What you'll do
- Define and maintain the global footprint strategy to ensure optimal efficiency of all MSAS operations and programs.
- Oversee all global building and footprint projects, ensuring standardization, compliance, and alignment with Group strategy.
- Manage global KPIs, investments, risks, and stakeholder alignment across plants and Group functions.
- Define and deploy global maintenance strategy, standards KPIs, and digital maintenance tools (SAP MRP for spares, corporate platforms, etc.).
- Oversee deployment of Preventive Maintenance plans and spare parts methodologies.

What we are looking for
- 5+ years of experience in construction engineering, technical project management, or capital projects.
- Experience with industrial, manufacturing or large-scale infrastructure projects is a strong advantage.
- Ability to prepare cost estimations, business cases and financial calculations.
- Strong project management skills (planning, risk management, milestones, reporting, governance).
- Ability to present project updates and business cases.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel.
