What you'll do
- Coordinate PFMEA, WIs, and PFDs.
- Create/update WIs for new products, processes, and ECNs.
- Balance lines to meet takt time and demand.
- Lead improvements to production lines, equipment, processes, and technology.
- Ensure ergonomic and MSES compliance across workstations.
- Define tooling, machinery, and equipment needs for engineering changes.
- Drive continuous improvement with 24+ ideas annually.
- Support root-cause analysis and corrective process improvements.
- Coordinate packaging approvals and material flow optimization.
- Monitor process efficiency and KPI performance against targets.
- Lead Kaizen, CIP, and other improvement initiatives.
- Define MOD/MOI staffing requirements.
- Develop process controls and poka-yokes.
- Optimize work content and process parameters.
- Present and track improvement projects.
- Coordinate layout updates and manage OPEX/CAPEX execution.

What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.
- Experience leading Engineering teams.
- Strong manufacturing and assembly process knowledge.
- Skilled in APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, FMEA, and Formel Q.
- Lean expertise: VSM, Kanban, 5S, JIT, TPM, Six Sigma, Visual Management, SFM.
- MTM-UAS certified.
- Knowledge of REBA, RULA, OWAS, DELMIA, and 8D.
- Experience working as a Volkswagen supplier.
- JIS (Just-in-Sequence) experience is preferred.
