What you'll do
- Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production equipment and utilities.
- Troubleshoot PLC-based control systems and automation equipment to minimise downtime.
- Analyse machine failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Monitor equipment performance and improve machine reliability and efficiency.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation as per company standards.
- Support new machine installation, commissioning, and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for maintenance requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce maintenance costs and improve productivity.
