What you'll do

  • Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
    • Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of production equipment and utilities.
    • Troubleshoot PLC-based control systems and automation equipment to minimise downtime.
    • Analyse machine failures and implement corrective and preventive actions.
    • Monitor equipment performance and improve machine reliability and efficiency.
    • Coordinate with production teams to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.
    • Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation as per company standards.
    • Support new machine installation, commissioning, and process improvements.
    • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
    • Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for maintenance requirements.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce maintenance costs and improve productivity.
