What you'll do
- Develop, maintain, and calibrate electrical test equipment and benches.
- Define and perform functional, reliability, validation, and EOL testing.
- Analyze data, document results, report findings, and implement corrective actions.
- Support root-cause investigations while ensuring quality, safety, and compliance.
- Specify, install, validate, and optimize production equipment and processes.
- Manage ECR/ECO activities, including feasibility reviews, approvals, documentation, and communication.
- Outline tightening strategies, monitor torque data, and improve assembly quality.
- Design manufacturing processes, cycle times, ergonomics, flowcharts, FMEAs, and work instructions.
- Drive productivity, equipment performance, troubleshooting, maintenance, launches, and improvement.
- Support multi-site operations, standardization, network participation, ISO 14001, EMS, and HSE compliance.

What we are looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering for Senior Process Engineer
- Efficient electrical engineering and programming skills.
- Experience with Automotive EOL testing, diagnostics, CAN/LIN.
- Exposure to torque tools, maintenance, troubleshooting, schematics, wiring, etc.
- Travel to regional sites as needed to support operations and troubleshoot issues.
- Availability to travel for new facilities and to support industrialization
