- Ensuring SMP requirements for new suppliers
- Monitoring supplier performance (local, regional, global) and reporting on supplier development.
- Design and implementation of a global supplier audit program
- Supporting the regions in supplier development based on supplier performance
- Monitoring and maintenance of internal specifications and guidelines related to the supplier development process
- Performing of potential analyses (VDA6.3 Audit) in context of supplier selection (evaluation of new suppliers).
- Global implementation of the Supplier Performance Evaluation System (SPES) in the plants and monitoring its application (input, output, measures)
- Based on the current Supplier Performance Score (SPES), control and track the global escalation process and monitor improvement actions (SPES monthly report).
- Create and execute the annual supplier audit program.
- Conducting supplier audits with the aim of developing the supplier's QM system according to IATF16949 (8.4.2)
- Monitoring and maintenance of internal specifications and guidelines in relation to the all supplier related processes (BASE).
- Project support of the local SQA and global sourcing teams in the APQP process for critical suppliers.
- Follow-up of improvement actions in case of sourcing of as cautionary rated suppliers to achieve acceptable rating (B or A).
- Maintenance of SQM assigned tasks in IT systems (SPES, BASE, PriSMa)

Was wir suchen
- University or college degree preferably in technical faculty
- Quality Management education (e.g. Quality Manager)
- Experience in quality management in the automotive industry (min. > 5 years).
- Qualification as VDA 6.3 Auditor (2nd Party)
- Profound knowledge of the IATF 16949 standard and its requirements.
- Knowledge of QM methods (Pareto analysis, FMEA, problem solving methods, 8D, 5S, LEAN).
- Project management experience in the automotive industry (APQP, PPAP, IMDS, REACH).
- Knowledge of customer-specific requirements in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of statistical applications in the automotive industry (SPC, MSA, GR&R).
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- Willingness to travel (min. > 50%).
- Resilience and assertiveness.
