Was Sie leisten
- Direct and control the production operations so that finished product is available on time to meet customer requirements within agreed quality and cost parameters;
- Develop organisation to meet customer requirements with an operative and continuous improvement approach; handling operational customer relations on an everyday basis;
- Contribute to mid and short term forecasting and planning by providing input to Sales and Supply Chain Management about capacity and costs;
- Define, follow up and control deviations regarding annual budget and investments (forecasted budget vs. actual);
- Profitable performance through lean, operational excellence and consistent processes and procedures;
- Develop productivity through improved production processes, methods and tools;
- Ensure timely information and communication between functions inside the plant organization

Was wir suchen
- Master’s degree in Engineering; a degree in business or economic studies is an advantage;
- 5-8 years experience in an operational leadership position in an industry with international customer base;
- General business understanding;
- Overall understanding of ERP systems from an operational standpoint;
- Exposure to Lean and Operational Excellence tools;
- Fluent English; Polish and German is an advantage;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability handle stress and solve problems
