The Plant Controller is responsible for ensuring the financial integrity, internal control, and strategic financial support of plant operations. This position oversees the complete Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, manages inventory valuation, coordinates planning and forecasting, ensures compliance with financial policies and regulations, and collaborates closely with plant leadership to drive sound decision-making and operational efficiency. Manages and analyzes the plant’s monthly P&L, covering sales, costs, margins, expenses, and variances against budget or forecast
• Acts as both guardian and enabler of financial performance.
• Maintains strong internal controls and compliance.
• Cost and margin control.
• Inventory valuation
• Annual budget
• Ensures adherence to corporate accounting policies and local regulations
• Provides detailed and timely financial reports

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Engineering with a financial focus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial control, preferably in the automotive manufacturing industry or similar.
- Solid knowledge of SAP (CO, FI, MM).
- Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
- Analytical skills, results-oriented, ability to work in an operational and cross-functional environment
