Ensure material availability and promptly resolve supply shortages. Plan optimal inventory levels to support each project or operation while maintaining service levels and minimizing inventory investment through effective Material Requirements Planning (MRP). Manage material inventory according to defined parameters to meet the company's financial goals. Oversee material shelf life to prevent obsolescence or slow-moving stock and ensure alignment with established objectives.
- Monitor and manage stock levels
- Coordinate transportation scheduling and delivery time windows
- Implement ASN systems across all suppliers
- Manage critical situations related to parts procurement
- Perform MRP calculations
- Control internal, secured, and in-transit inventory
- Ensure material availability and resolve supply shortages effectively

Profile Summary – Skills and Knowledge Requirements
- Experience in the automotive industry, specifically in supply chain management
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
- Background in materials planning, logistics, and supply chain administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
- Strong understanding and experience in ERP and MRP systems (SAP preferred)
- Knowledge of transportation standards and logistics requirements
