Was Sie leisten
- Supervision and Management: oversee and direct engineering activities, including industrial and production engineering,
- Product Lifecycle Management: manage product lifecycle from start to end within the manufacturing site
- Process and Equipment Optimization: implement measures to reduce production time, optimize existing processes and equipment
- Project Management: supervise project management engineering activities, coordinate investment budget planning for production equipment, and manage technical changes.
- Customer and External Relations
- Quality Control and Maintenance: support the implementation of quality control systems, manage maintenance activities, and ensure alignment with plant sustainability goals.
- Training and Development: define, coordinate, and perform training sessions for team members
- Budget and Cost Management

- Shape a New Plant: play a key role in building our new automotive wiring harness plant in Kenitra from the ground up.
Was wir suchen
- Engineering degree (mechanical, industrial, electrical) or equivalent.
- More than 10 years of experience in the wire harness industry or a similar industry.
- At least 4 years in a management position.
- Solid background in industrialization and lean manufacturing.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Familiarity with quality control, maintenance systems and sustainability goals.
- Comfortable in multicultural environments and collaborates cross-functionally.
- Fluent in English, Arabic and French.
