We are looking for an experienced HSE Expert to support our plants across Leipzig, Karlsruhe, Wolfsburg, and Meerane. In this role, you will drive Health, Safety, Environment, and Sustainability initiatives, ensuring compliance, continuous improvement, and a strong safety culture across all sites.
Key responsibilities:
- Implement corporate HSE policies and standards across assigned plants.
- Lead HSE audits, risk assessments, inspections, and incident investigations.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 50001).
- Develop and execute HSE improvement projects and annual action plans.
- Deliver HSE training and support plant leadership in promoting a proactive safety culture.
- Analyze HSE performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions.
- Travel regularly between the assigned plants to provide on-site support and guidance.

Was wir suchen
- Several years of HSE experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Occupational Safety Specialist qualification or equivalent HSE certification.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management, and ISO standards.
- Experience supporting multiple sites is an advantage.
- Hands-on, proactive approach with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and manage stakeholders across locations.
- Native level of German and fluent English language skills.
