Deine Aufgaben

  • Developing, defining and aligning portfolio initiatives of Plastic/Rubber moulding.
  • Customer Relationship Management.
  • Acquisition of Business & Opportunity Management - Driving and supporting business development and projects at customers.
  • Identifying prospects and new business opportunities for our field of work.
  • Coordinating manufacturing activities related with trials and PPAP.
  • Cost Management.
  • Coordinating and leading RFQ discussions.

Dein Profil

  • Completed university degree in engineering or business administration.
  • Several years of professional experience in sales & marketing, business development and relevant areas.
  • Industry specific Know-How in Automotive and Plastic/rubber moulding.
  • Experience with OEM`s preferred as well as knowing their processes.
  • Very good German and English language skills (written and spoken).
  • Proven customer relationship management & business development success.
  • Ambitious with a “can do” attitude.
  • Willingness and ability to high travel needs.
