- Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation, operation, and maintenance of SAP and MES systems.
- Provide IT operational support and troubleshoot system, application, hardware, and network-related failures.
- Manage and maintain PCs, workstations, network equipment, and other IT assets.
- Monitor and maintain data servers, system availability, and data integrity.
- Support network installation, configuration, monitoring, and operational management.
- Coordinate with internal users, IT teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Support SAP/MES development, configuration, enhancement, and troubleshooting activities as required.
- Perform computer hardware maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain IT documentation, system records, and operational procedures.
- Ensure smooth and reliable IT support for business and manufacturing operations.
- Provide support for other IT infrastructure and system-related activities as assigned.

- Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in English and Korean languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with Korean stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in IT operations, IT infrastructure management, or manufacturing IT support.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and MES systems, including implementation, support, configuration, or development activities.
- Good knowledge of PC hardware, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
- Experience in network installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and administration.
