Was wir suchen

  • 1. Customer Quality & OEM Handling
    • Independently handle customer quality activities for MSIL, Tata Motors and other OEM customers.
    • Handle customer complaints from initial reporting to final closure within the agreed timeline.
    • Attend customer meetings, quality reviews, audits and concern investigation activities.
    • Ensure timely submission of containment, root cause analysis and corrective action reports.
    • Monitor customer quality performance and initiate improvement actions for repetitive concerns.
  • 2. Customer Complaint & Problem-Solving
    • Strong knowledge of structured problem-solving methodologies such as:
      • 8D, Why-Why Analysis
      • Ishikawa / Fishbone Analysis
      • FTA
    • Conduct detailed analysis of Occurrence, Detection and Outflow causes.
    • Coordinate with Production, Process Quality, R&D, Supplier Quality and Manufacturing Engineering for root cause identification.
    • Define and monitor containment, corrective and preventive actions.
    • Implement horizontal deployment of corrective actions wherever applicable.
  • 3. Warranty Management
    • Handle field and warranty complaints received from OEMs/dealers.
    • Perform warranty part analysis and coordinate detailed investigation with concerned teams.
    • Conduct failure mode and failure mechanism analysis of returned parts.
    • Identify whether the concern is related to manufacturing, assembly, supplier, electronic component, handling or field conditions based on technical evidence.
    • Drive actions for reduction of warranty PPM and warranty cost.
  • 4. Automotive Lamp Product Knowledge
  • Candidate should have good technical knowledge of automotive lighting products, including:
    • Head Lamp, Tail Lamp, DRL, Fog Lamp
    • High Beam / Low Beam functions
    • Aiming mechanism and related components
    • Lamp sealing, condensation and dust-related concerns
    • Electrical and functional testing of automotive lamps
    • EOL and PDI inspection requirements
  • 5. Plastic Molding Knowledge
  • Good understanding of plastic injection molding processes and defects, particularly for automotive lamp components.
  • Should be able to analyze concerns such as: Flash / Burr / Short molding / Flow mark / Black spot / contamination / Warpage / deformation / Dimensional issues / Surface and appearance defects
  • 6. PCBA & Electronics Knowledge
  • Should have basic to good working knowledge of PCBA and automotive lighting electronics, including:
    • SMT process
    • SPI, AOI, ICT, FCT, Soldering defects
    • PCB/component-related failures
    • Swap analysis
    • Curve trace / electrical characterization
    • EOS/ESD-related failure investigation
    • Coordination with electronic component and PCBA suppliers for detailed failure analysis
  • 7. Quality Tools & Core Tools
  • Should have good knowledge of:
    • APQP, PPAP PFMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, 7 QC Tools, 8D Problem Solving
    • Poka-Yoke, Kaizen
    • Lessons Learned
    • Process and Product Audit
  • 8. Customer & Internal Quality Monitoring
    • Prepare and maintain customer complaint tracking sheets.
    • Monitor customer complaints, warranty issues, PPM and closure status.
    • Track action plans and ensure timely closure.
    • Conduct daily/weekly reviews for open customer concerns.
    • Ensure Quality Alerts are issued and communicated to concerned operators/inspectors.
    • Provide on-the-job training to Quality, Production and PDI teams for critical and live customer complaints.
    • Ensure effectiveness of containment actions at Final Inspection, PDI and dispatch stages.
