This role will be responsible for leading the Product Development using standard APQP process and keading the CFT team single handedly. Additionally be responsible for Global Design cordinator for Studio.

Acting as a window person for new enquiries and for development phase of ORVMs & IRVMs for MSIL, Mahindra, Honda & Tata
Assessing the customer RFQ/SOR and leading the design team for concept creation.
Leading the technical reviews meeting with customers along with design team and presenting product feasibility studies.
Floating the RFQs to suppliers and compiling the quotes for marketing team’s reference.
Kicking-off the project along with CFT and preparing the detailed project timeline according to the customer’s milestone.
Leading the APQP process for all New Product Development parts.
Interacting with CFT, customer engineering, purchase and SQE team on daily basis for project tracking.
Co-ordination with internal and external testing agency for DV testing.
Preparation of Project presentation for Management and highlighting potential risk and discussing mitigation plan.
Sourcing new suppliers and interaction with existing suppliers for RM and BOP development.
Coordination in PFMEA, DFMEA, Control plan, Process flow, Risk analysis.
Coordination with Studio design team and cordinate with global team for design completion and cost controlling

B. Tech (Mechanical) with 8-10 years of post-qualification experience in Automotive industry or
Diploma (Mechanical) with 11-12 years of post-qualification experience in Automotive industry
Proficiency in MS Projects/Excel for scheduling
Should have the capability of reading the product drawing as per the customer requirement/specification
Good understanding of Tooling concepts like Slider and Lifter feasibility study
Good grip on IATF APQP process
Excellent communication skills
